Catherine V. Winston, the thirteenth of fifteen children of the late Frank and Golden Winston, was born on April 24, 1930 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was called home April 11, 2007 after fighting a long illness. Catherine, or Cath as she was called, attended Baltimore City Public Schools. She also worked for the school system and did housekeeping. She enjoyed playing the lottery ahd talking on the phone. She leaves to cherish her memoryl George J. Gordon Romy who preceded her in death; four sons, Warren P. Gordon Rick, Vance E. Winston-Bey Pop, Leroy R. Winston-Bey Bobby, Kenneth D. Wood Dirt; grandddaughter Kim Gordon whom she raised; sevengrandsons, Rick, Moe, Leroy, Yusef, Aaron, Quentin and Little Kenny; seven granddaughters, Persia, Neesa, Dejae, Sierra, Taishica, Akera, Khadijah; fifteen great-grandchildren, two-daughters-in-law, Sandra and the late Denise, two sisters, Sedonia and Elaine. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great-great-grandchildren and mandy other loved ones, including Shana and Mike.
