On October 25, 2011 Cecelia Louise Dyson Baylor departed this life at Civista Medical Center in La Plata, Md. Cecelia was born to Olive Bernice Fenwick Dyson Giles and Louis Rochester Dyson in Lexington Park, Maryland. Cecelia attended St. Peter Claver Catholic School and Edmondson High School Baltimore, Maryland. Cecelia met Joseph Paul and the had a baby girl. Tonia Evett Dyson. Later she met and married the late Michael Baylor. In 1971 Cecelia became employed at the Clarence Mitchell Court House in downtown Baltimore until her illness forced her to retire October 1, 2011. Cecelia known to many as Weezie, Louise, Cecelia, CC and Ceal loved her family, driends, music, dancing, eating good food, kitting and decorating. Cecelia leaves to mourn her death her daughter, Tonia Evette Dyson; two aunts, Mary Fenwick Price of Lexington Park, Maryland and Christine Fenwick Price of Mechanicsville, Maryland; Godson-Desales Dade, Sr.; Charles, Gloria and Thomas Fenwick; Margaret and Joseph Dade, Jr.; Edna and Joseph Newman, Jr. and John Price, Jr.; Sisters in Christ Angela Brown, Danette Hardy, Lorraine Hall, Diana Alston, Karen Hill, Nora Booker, Marilyn Mitchell and Deborah Hamon along with Michelle James and a host of family and friends. Cecelia is preceded in death by her mother Olive Bernice Fenwick Dyson Giles and her father Louis Rochester Dyson.
