Cecelia T. Williams was born January 31, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Rozella Simms and Leon Barber. She departed her life on July 10, 2014 after a lengthy illness. She was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools and was a proud graduate of Edmondson High School. She worked several jobs in life which included bartender, care giver, book-binder and cook. Cecelia better known as "Cil" was very sweet. kind and full of life. She loved to read, cook. dance, talk smack, smoke cigarettes and drink beer. She lived life on her own terms and if ever asked what she loved most about life she would say her grand kids. She leaves to cherish memories; her husband Joseph Williams (estranged); one daughter Amber Williams; two sons Tarin Brown, Tamarr Brown; two sister's Diane Alexander, Terry White (deceased); 5 grandchildren Layon. Trayvien, Jerry, Tristan, Tanera. one aunt Raymell Gladden; one uncle James Galdden, two god-sisters Norma Alexander, Valerie Vie; a special friend Lamar Caldwell and a host of other family and friends.
