Cecil Scott McNeil Jr. (63) was born April 11, 1961 at
Provident Hospital in Baltimore Maryland to Shirley Ann Braxton and the late Cecil Scott McNeill Sr. He departed this life on August 14, 2024 in Towson Maryland after a lengthy battle with liver disease.
Cecil McNeill was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System and graduated from Southern High-school in 1981. A baptized member of The Church of The Redeemed of The Lord. He took immense joy in family gatherings, where he would demonstrate his love through cooking. He loved to feed his family, cherishing every moment spent with those he loved the most. Cecil also loved gambling at the casinos, playing the lottery and playing slots at Maryland Live.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Shirley Ann Braxton; daughter Tarshell C. McNeill; two sons Tyron Moore and Joshua McNeill. Three grand-daughters; Asa Somers, London Moore and Avery Somers. Five brothers; Robert Louis Braxton, the late Joseph Braxton Sr, James Braxton, Edridge McNeill, Scotty McNeill, and Roderick. Three sisters; the late Lolita McNeill, Linda Taylor, and Natalie McNeill. Three sister-in- laws Mia McNeill, Kathy Braxton, Deborah Braxton. He also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, aunts uncles, cousins, and Cecil Scott McNeil Jr. (63) was born April 11, 1961 at
