On May 2, 2014, God saw fit to call one of His beloved children home to his eternal resting place, free from all pain, suffering and sorrow. CHARLES GILBERT ANDERSON was born on October 25, 1953 in Baltimore City to the late Charles and Jeanette Anderson. He attended Baltimore City Public Schools and worked for Baltimore City Waste Department and as a chef at multiple restaurants in downtown Baltimore. Charles enjoyed hanging out and being with friends, cooking, watching sports, listening to music, looking sharp and taking care of his plants and flowers. He was a loved man and will be missed by all. Charles leaves to cherish his loving memory: three daughters, "Nicky" who preceded him in death, Lynn and MeaganAnderson; two sons, Omar and Charlie Anderson; four grandchildren, Shanera, Tyjae, Amar and Khamani; five sisters, Desiree, Shelia, Marilyn who preceded in death, Ronnie, Vanessa and Tonya, one brother, Patrick; a loving and devoted girlfriend, Nancy; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
