Charles Eke Blount son of Karen Blount and the late Charles Commander was born on December 18, 1991. On Tuesday, July 4, 2017 he suddenly departed this life.

Charles received his education in the Baltimore City Public Schools. He attended BCCC and Anne Arundel Community Colleges. He also attended Allstate Career Center where he received his certificate in Electrical Technology. Charles later attended basic training in the Armed Forces. Upon completion, Charles began working for several private agencies. Upon his death he was employed by Watson Security Company.

Charles was a kind and giving person. He enjoyed family activities, but spent most of his time with his cousins, Brian, Ronney, Tyrek and Raheem. Charles was a person of few words but will be remembered most for his smile and laughter.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Karen Blount; four broth- ers, Charles Commander, Jerell Commander, Marcus Blount and Jeffery Wilson; two sisters, Christina Blount and Britany James; two grandmothers, Cynthia Goines, and Wanda Grier; great grandmother, Hattie Taylor; two grandfathers, Edward Goines and Kelvin Blount, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
