Charles Randolph Cromwell Jr. (Brother), son of the late
Charlotte Elizabeth Cromwell and Charles Cromwell Sr.,
was born November 4, 1947 in Lutherville, Maryland.

Raised in a Christian home the third of eight children,
Charles was taught at an early age that family was most
important. He received his education in the Baltimore City
School System. Later he met his wonderful and devoted wife
of 43 years, Nora "Elaine" Cromwell. Through their union
they had 3 children, Tony, Tyler, Yvonne Cromwell and
Charles Cromwell III.

For over 30 years, Charles was a devoted and faithful
employee of Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. After he retired, he
worked for the United States Postal Service and AL Pharma
Pharmaceuticals.

Charles loved life and always had a way with words. He was
extremely outspoken. He enjoyed playing cards, checkers,
playing horseshoe and shooting pool. His favorite past time
was watching old western movies.

On April 2, 2016 after a lengthy illness, Charles peacefully
slipped away with his family and close friends at his side. He
is preceded in death by his siblings, Irving Cromwell, George
"Archie" Frazier, Marlene Cromwell, Joan "Jeanie" Crom-
well, and Jaqueline "Stink" Hackley.

Charles will always be cherished by his family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Nora "Elaine" Cromwell; chil-
dren, Tony, Tyler, Yvonne Cromwell "Pebbles" and Charles
