Charles was called home Saturday November 30, 2024. He was born September 23, 1945, to the late Lulamae Flowers in Sumpter, South Carolina.

He was a client of the Arc of Baltimore for over 60 years, where he was taught many skills. He was a member of New Mount Hebron church for over 40 years.

Charles was full of life and laughter. He was the neighborhoods favorite. He loved kids, he was everyone's babysitter. If you wanted a good conversation Charles was your man. He took pride in his appearance, always well dressed. Right after he would greet you, the very next line was "Do you have a dollar", Everyone who knew Charles had a story to tell. He was loved.

Charles leaves to cherish his memory, one brother Sunny Moses, sister-in-law Sarah Moses, one niece Monica (who proceed him in death), three nephews, Dwight Sr. (Tammy), Marlon (Bonita), and Ansley Jr. (who proceeded him in death). A host of great nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
