Charles W. Mitter Jr. son of Charles and Phyllis Mitter was born on August 1, 1975 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was suddenly called home on August 25,2014. Charles was educated in the Baltimore City School System. After obtain- ing his diploma he attended truck driving school where he received his CDL license. Later on, he purchased several trucks to start his on business. Charles was known as "Pop or P". He was one of the most loving, car- ing, and giving person you would ever meet. If one who knew Pop knew he would give you the shirt off of his back. Regardless of who you were, if you asked or needed help he was there for you. He treated everyone the same; even ifhe didn't have it at the time, he would get it to you. Pop enjoyed spending time with his family and sons. He was an amazing brother, son, uncle, andfather. He loved Charles and Titus with all of his heart. He will be truly missed. He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving parents, Charles and Phyllis Mitter; two sons, Charles (littleman) and Titus Mitter; one step daughter, Jakiah; three brothers, Roderick, Antoine and Jermaine Mitter; three sis- ters, Linda, Corea and Jerkia; one brother-in-law, Darrell Jackson; one sister-in-law, Nadine Mitter; four nephews, Shawn, Jermaine, Marcus, and Darrell III; four nieces, Taylor, Amber, Mya and Destiny; jive aunts, three uncles, four dedicated childhood friends, Junior, Adrian, Flip and Beater; lastly he departed his life with an amazing young lady whom he loved and adored, Tyray Wise.
