Charles Otis Tillman Leak was born August 21, 1949 in
Rockingham, North Carolina. His death came shortly after
taking ill. He departed this life on the day he enter this world
on August 21,2018 at 5:49 a.m. Charles is
preceded by his brothers, Craig, Jerry and Terry Leak.

He was the eldest son of Dovie House and the late R.J Leak. He
moved to the 0 'Berry Center in Goldsboro, North Carolina at young
age due to his disability. He was transferred to Alternative Living
Center in Maryland to be closer to his family and his mother who
he adored.

Charles loved arts and crafts. He enjoyed painting and music
and going to the Inner Harbor for outings. He enjoyed spending
time with his friends and caregivers. Charles was lucky to have
an extended family that cared for him on a daily basis at
Progress Unlimited.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Dovie House;
two brothers, Darrell and Donnell; two sister-in-laws, Jeanette
and Gena; one niece, four nephews and three great nieces, one
uncle and one aunt and a host of relatives and friends.
