Charles Carlton Turner, was born April 25, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Frederic Dubell Turner and Etta Ardena Turner. He departed this life on October 17, 2014 after a long illness. Charles graduated from Carver Vocational Technical High School where he learned the trade of electronics. From that level of education he was self taught and was employed at various places as an electrical technician. His life revolved around electronic gadgets and he could fix anything electronic or not. Charles "Charlie Brown" "Da Po Boy" (his friends called him) was fun loving and lived fife to its fullest. He enjoyed being around his family and friends, playing his electric guitar, listening to music, playing cards and football as a Steelers fan. He was a trash talking comedian always telling some type of homemade joke to make everyone laugh and enjoyed indulging in getting a "Lil Nip" (drink) whenever he could. He was a great father and devoted family man and will truly be missed by all who knew him. Charles leaves to mourn: his ex-wife, Fannie Turner-Brunson, from that union his two daughters, Jacqueline and Denise; three grandchildren, Tyrone, Nigel and Geniesa; one great grandchild, Zoee; three sisters, Elsie "Pat", Janet and Joyce; his best friend (like a brother), Mitch and a host of other relatives and friends.
