Charles Devere Underwood Sr. (Veo), son of the late Charles L.
Underwood Sf. and surviving parent Deborah I. Underwood. He was
born on April 3, 1969 in Baltimore, MD and departed this life on March
29,2018.

Veo received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System.
After high school he worked with his grandfather doing construction
and carpentry work. Which led him to be very handy. He loved playing
with his grand kids and being with his best friends, CI , Charles, and
PeeWee. He was the life of the party and looked for at every event.

Veo leaves to mourn: 1 sister, Lonie Vravy; 1 brother, Charles L.
Underwood Jr.; 8 children, LaVere, Dwaneda, Charles If. (CI) , Stacie,
Chatonia, Chenia, Chanelle, and Serinnah; 9 grandchildren and a host
of cousins, family, and friends.
