CHARLES JAMES WILLIAMS, son of the late Cal and Etta Mae Williams] was born on March 21] 1951 in Baltimore] Maryland. He departed this life on July 28] 2014. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Charles became gainfully employed at an early age in the restaurant business; the last fourteen years being at Applebee's. On April 4] 1974] Charles married the love of his life Patricia Webb. Out of that union two sons were born. Charles was a lover of music and beer. His favorite band was Earth] Wind and Fire] and his favorite beer was "Natty Boh." He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife] Patricia Williams; two sons] Eric and Frederick; stepson] George; three daughters-in-law] Stacey] Porsha and Davine; sixteen grandchildren; three sisters] Pearl] Helen and Agnes; three sisters-in-law] three brothers-in-law; godson] Kevin; a host of nieces] nephews and friends.
