IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Clarence Q.
Ford
January 30, 1951 – June 3, 2017
Clarence Ford-Bey
was born January 30, 1951 to Mathew Sellers and
Melvina Ford who preceded him in death. He passed form and ascended to his
Father God Allah on June 3, 2017.
He met and married Noveryne Banks Ford on March 10, 2000 (preceded in
death) and from that union one stepson, Khomar Lee.
Clarence was educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools. He attended
Community College of Baltimore and received an Associate of Arts Degree in
June 1983.
In
May 1986 he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Morgan
State University. He also received an Associate of -Arts Degree from the
Baltimore International Culinary College in June, 1995.
Clarence was employed by the Baltimore City Public School System as a
motivational Speaker for Harlem Park Junior High School. Clarence was also a
chef for Hotel Indigo in downtown Baltimore.
Clarence was truly an older brother. He would give advice whether you wanted
it or not. He loved people and animals. Whenever we had a family gathering we
all knew that Clarence was going to make plates for his dogs. Clarence would
always make room in his home for anyone that needed it. His famous saying
was, "We have to get in front of this demonstration".
In
other words, he was
willing to help others.
If
you had a problem he would come with a solution.
Clarence would baby sit, cook a meal, walk your dog and even put up with your
cat. He loved nature and would often say, "all living things have a place on this
earth." He was not selfish with his time and never to busy to lend a helping hand.
Islamic! Honor to the Moorish Master Clarence Q.·Ford-Bey. He loved, taught
and instructed many of us. The treasure has been lost. The blessing has past in
the flesh. So we honor the Brother's Life and Legacy. Peace!

Ross and Dorthea Ford(preceded in death); 6 brothers, Avon, Andre William,
