Obituary

Clarence Eugene Parker, son of the late Ruth Parker-Hill and
Clarence Luther Parker, was born on May 27, 1928 in Baltimore, Mary-
land.

He was educated in the public schools of Baltimore City. After complet-
ing Douglas High School, he served in the military for two years.
Following his time in the United States Army, he attended Livingstone
College in Salisbury, North Carolina and Morgan State College in
Baltimore, Maryland. He was employed as a clerk at the United States
main Post Office and retired after thirty-two years of service in 1985.

Clarence met and married Martha A. Faidley April 1976. They were
married for forty-one years.

He leaves to mourn his transition his wife Martha; adopted sister and
brother, Alice Gantt and Clinard Graves; sisters-in-law, Alma Turner
(Joseph), Grace Willis, Mae Cumberbatch (Robert); and a host of other
family and friends.
