Obituary

Clinton Ward Gooden, son of Christine Gooden and Luther Lee Gooden Sr. was born on October 22, 1962 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on June 29, 2015 after a brief illness and lost his battle with cancer. Clinton received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He later trained in Carpentry. He enjoyed laughing and making everyone around him smile. He was one of the most positive people you could ever meet and would never speak bad or negative about anyone, he always looked for the positive things about people and life in general. Clinton was a very hard worker, he always worked very hard and most of the time he held two jobs. Clinton always had a deep love for his family and friends. He was always ready to give a helping hand if needed and kind words when necessary. His love for his family knew no boundaries because he had a very good heart. He also became a protector of his family and friends, all you had to do was call him and he was there. Clinton was preceded in death by his common law wife, Sharita Adgerson and leaves to cherish his memory: mother, Christine Gooden; father and stepmother, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Gooden; his one and only son, Clinton Ward Gooden Jr. and only grandchild, Kamari Deshawn Gooden; big brother, Luther Lee Gooden Jr.; sisters, Sylvia Annette Gooden- Garris and Patricia Dana Lee; brother, Bobby Gooden; brothers-in-law, Booker Lee and Shaughn Garris; sister-in-law, Joyce Gooden; three step sisters, nephews, Tavon Gooden, Derek Mitchell, Keith Whitaker, Brandon Gooden and Sean Plummer; nieces, Kimberly Whitaker and Taleisha Lee and they all loved their uncle dearly. He leaves a host of other step nephews, step nieces, great nephews, great nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and one lifelong friend, Debbie Barnes. Viewing Joseph H.
