Clyde Emanuel Burrell, Jr.,
son of the late Clyde and Wyoming
Burrell, Sr., was born October 9, 1951 in Superior, West Virginia.
He departed this life on April 16, 2018.
Affectionately known by his family as "June". He was educated in
the Baltimore City Public School System. He graduated from Fairmount
High School in 1969. He was employed as a crane operator at Bethlehem
Steel Corporation in Spar- rows Point, Maryland. June later pursued his
passion as a Mechanic. He loved repairing and rebuilding cars. He was
an all around handyman and could fix and build anything.
June had a strong faith in God. June was a devoted father, son, brother
and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was very
protective of them. He loved telling stories of the past. He was a good
listener and always gave good advice. You could always count on him
to help anyone in need. June loved to eat and enjoyed watching westerns
on television. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
June was previously married to Shirley Burrell. He was later
introduced to Rona Brand and they were inseparable since the
day they met while creating a well blended family.
June was preceded in death by one brother, Mack "Jimmy" Burrell;
one sister, Anglene Burrell-Chester.
He leaves to cherish his memory: two sons, Clyde Burrell, III,
Charles Burrell; two daughters, Aisha Burrell, Anglene Burrell;
two step daughters, Felicia Brand, Cierra Brand; three sisters,
Jacqueline (Norris) McDonald, Evalyn (Clarence) Curry, Marlene
Burrell; two uncles, James Burrell, Larry Griffith of Muskegon, MI;
four aunts, Naomi Stanfield of Birmingham, AL, Mary Hunting-
ton of Muskegon, MI, Cleo Brown of Babylon, NY, Celest Thurston
of Louisa, VA; twelve grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces,
cousins, relatives, and friends.
