Collin Raynard Watkins, was born on July 8, 1961 to Carolyn
and the late Robert Allen and the late Warren Hammock.

Collin was educated in the Baltimore City Public School
System.

Collin was a source of love and laughter among his family and
friends. He had a special gift that can't be duplicated. If you met
him, you would realize his genuine generosity. Collin would
give his last.

Collin was saved and was affiliated with various churches. One
of his favorite scriptures was Mark 8:36. "For what shall it
profit a man, ifhe shall gain th e whole world and lose his own
soul?" And boy could he recite many bible versus and loved to
talk about God.

Collin was not a stranger to work, he had numerous jobs. His
most recent was at The Park Towers Apartments. People would
always comment and say kind words in regards to his work
ethic and personality. His friendship with his manager, Mr. Bob
Mosley, was one that Collin valued and cherished.

Collin was definitely a family man. He loved his entire family
and would help, if asked or needed. He was so proud of his
daughter and son. He even bragged about his children. Collins
presence, warm smile, love and funny laughter will be missed.

Collin will be remembered by his daughter, Taneeka Bell
(Gloria); his son, Drake Watkins (Ravina); two grandchildren,
Diamond and Donnell Jones; his mother, Carolyn Allen; his
grandmother, Thelma Watkins; a father figure, Raymond
Jefferson; five sisters: Michelle, Tonya, Kim, Lisa and Lynn;
five brothers: Eric, Andre, Bruce, Anthony and Mark; a special
friend, Cheynne Nelson and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews and other family and friends.
