Constance Ann Pulley was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 16, 1947, to the late John and Bertha Griffin. Constance grew up and resided in East Baltimore. She received her education through The Baltimore City Public Schools System, and later obtained her Associates degree. Constance was also a member of Huber Church where she valued her love for Christianity . She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. In 2005, Constance married her late husband, William Pulley who preceded her in death (2017). She worked at Medical Records for over 35 years and later retired to live her life with her family and friends. Constance enjoyed spending time with her family, going to the casino, playing music, throwing parties, online shopping, and she loved her Baltimore Ravens.

Constance showed everyone love, support, comfort, peace, morals and respect. Constance was called to external rest on January 2, She will be missed by all who truly knew her.
Constance leaves to cherish her memory to three loving sons, Darrin, Brian and Michael; four sisters, Peggy, Vanessa, Marie, and Marthalene; one brother, Johnny; two sisters-in-law, Viola and Emma; two brothers-in-law, Stanley and Sterling; grandchildren, De Erika Griffin, Aaron Newsome, Khalil Griffin, Rackwon Griffin, Arieon Griffin, Mariah Griffin, Deandre Griffin, Breona Harris, Micah Harris, Deshane Calvie, Michael Harris Jr., My'Kel Harris, and Kaleb Harris; great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and a host of beloved relatives and friends. Constance will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
