On February 19th, 2010, our precious Lord called our charismatic brother Cornelius Edward Wallace home to glory. "Neal", as he was fondly known, loved his family and with great sadness we must let him go. But God knows what is best for us all and we accept his decision with a heavy heart. Neal, son of the late Felix Duncan and Lavinia E. Wallace, was born on July 30th, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland.
