Cynthia Laverne Wilson was born on August 10, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland to J.C. Wilson and Helen Lee Wilson. Her parents relocated to Frederickburg, Virginia not long after her birth. There she attended Walker Grant and James Monroe High Schools. In 1966 Cynthia married and subsequently mothered four beautiful children who she loved and cherished, Tammy Hill Summers Oakland, California, Tracy Lee Hill, Helen Hill, and LLoyd Richards Baltimore, Maryland. Cynthia was affectionately known as Cindy, Cindy, Mommy, Cyn-Dog and Laverne. Cindy was a Phlebotomist/Laboratory Technicain at City/Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital. she Loved her job and was a dedicated employee/coworker for twenty-three years. Cindy was an avid reader who loved to travel. She enjoyed playing Scrabble with her kids and her granddaughter ashley, as wellas any games of chance slots. She was loving, intelligent, had a sharp tongue, a quick wit and was as steady as a rock. She was the lighthouse who always shined brightly and guided you home. Cynthia is survived by; her four children, granchildren, Ashley Glenn, Lloyd Edward Dasan Richards and Kaelyn Destiny Richards; her daughter-in-law, ZeRita Saunders; son-in-law Omar Carter and his kids Langdon and Kayla Carter Baltimore, Md.; her mother, Helen Lee Wilson; her sister, Norma Wilson thompson; her brother, Julian Craig Wilson; nieces, Monica, Myisha, Amber, Britney, Bryana and nephew, Brendan Oakland, Ca and her her Virginia cousins, as well as a host of friends who will miss her dearly.
