Cynthia Denise Spence-Webb, a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister was born on March 11, 1965 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Joseph and Martha Spence. On Friday, July 27, 2007, God called His angel home to dwell in His Kingdom. Cynthia graduated from Frederick Douglas High School. She was a very outgoing, energetic person who joined many organization such as the track team, school choir, and the cooking club. She was elected to the VIP Club. they were considered Very Important People. For close to 12 years, Cynthia worked as the Day Program Supervisor at St. Peter's Adult Learning center serving with adults with developmental disabilities. At a young age, Cynthia accepted Christ. She was a faithful member at Macedonia Baptist Church where she was vice president of the choir. Out of everything she achieved, let us not leave out her love and compassion that she had for her children, family and close friends. She touch everyone's life she encountered. She was not only a dedicated mother but a caring, loving, campassionate, devoted daughter until her parents departed this life. Cynthia had a smile that wqas unforgettavble and outstanding personality. Cynthia will be greatly missed. Cynthia leaves to mourn her memory four sons; Andre Bootie, Leroy Man, Ricky WooWoo, and Dominic; one grandson; Amare DooDooAButt; four sisters; Deborah, Renee, Jenny,Kat; three brothers; Darnell, Peanut, Jack; two sisters-in-law; Denise and Tyra; two nieces; Nikki and Shavontae; two nephews; Teddy and Dwayne;one daugther-in-law; Niesha; two devoted friends; Wanda and Jackie; the Staff and Participants of St. Peter's Adult Learding Center and a host of Famity and Friends. Her Parents, Josseph and dMartha Spence, her sister, Regina and brother Ear preceded her in death.
