Daisy Lee Rhue was called home after a sudden illness on December 29, 2007. Daisy was born September 27, 1932 in Hamlet, NC to her mother Beulah Mae Brown-Clayton deceased and her father Sank Quick decease. She was married to the late James Rhue Sr. deceased in 1995. She was educated in the Hamlet, NC Public school system. She worked several jobs in Hamlet, NC as well as in Baltimore, MD. Daisy Lee Rhue leaves to mourn; six children Beverly Fay Rhue, Dessie Rhue, Shirley Ann Brown of Hamlett, NC, Gloria Lee Carter, James Rhue Jr., and Patrick Brown; three stepchildren Mary Mitchell Jr., and James Albert Mitchell Jr., three brothers James Brown of Hamlett, NC, El Thomas Brown of Rochester, NY and Herbert Medley of Washington, DC; sister Sally Mae McDonald of Rockingham, NC deceased;aunt Jeanette Waller of Rochester, NY; James Albert Mitchell, a special devoted companion and best friend of thirty years; one daughter-in-law Patricia Rhue; twenty-nine grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and many other children she raised young and old. She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends. Everyone who knew her well always knew she was very outspoken and loved everyone she came in contact with. Daisy Lee Rhue will truly be missed by the ones who loved her.
