Dallas
Toles Jr.
February 7, 1938 – April 2, 2026
Dallas Toles Jr. born on February 7, 1938, in Baltimore Maryland, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2026, surrounded by family and loved ones.
A lifelong resident of Baltimore, Dallas was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System and grew into a man known for his generosity, resourcefulness, and unwavering loyalty to family and friends.
Dallas dedicated nearly 50 years to the Louden Tunneling Company, where he was respected for his strong work ethic and quiet determination. Outside of work, he had a remarkable talent for fixing anything that needed repair. Whether it was home improvement, auto mechanics, or small DIY projects, Dallas approached each task with patience and pride.
He was, above all, a collector of people. Over the years, he opened his heart-and often his home-to countless relatives, friends, and community members. While he did not have biological grandchildren, he lovingly became "Pop-Pop" or "Grand Daddy Dallas" to many who were blessed to know him.
Dallas was preceded in death by his parents, Elsie Mae Toles (Wilson) and Dallas Toles Sr.; his beloved wife, Sharon Renee Toles (Paige); his sons, Dallas Robin Toles, and Dallas "Scooter" Toles III; and his brothers, Samuel Toles and Lorenzor Toles.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Bernadette 'Bern' Henderson (Toles) his stepdaughters, Lisa Paige, Tanya Pindell (Paige), and Tervonia 'Bubbles' Douglas (Paige); his sisters, Esther 'Sista' Johnson (Toles) and Glorestine Toles; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Dallas understood that family was not just made with DNA but also created with love. He shared a special, enduring bond with his long-time companion, Patricia Dotson, and he embraced her children and their children with the same love and affection he extended throughout his life.
Dallas will be remembered for his kindness, firm hand, and his ability to make everyone feel like family. His legacy of love and generosity lives on in all who knew him.
