Daniel Eric Rogers, son of Rhonda T Williams and the late Samuel Williams, was born on December 2, 1966. He departed this life unexpectedly on Monday, January 12, 2014. Daniel received his education in Baltimore City school system. He graduated from Forest Park Senior High School, where he was active in basketball, track and JROTC. His first employment was at Rogers Painting Company, and at the time of his departure he was employed by AutoZone. Daniel met Chevondelar Brooks and together they had two girls; Erica and Jenea Rogers. He fellowshipped at The First Emmanuel Church Apostolic and the Church of GOD. Daniel was known as Danny and Eric, and was also known by the nickname "Glide," for his skills on the basketball court. Daniel was a sports lover and a true Ravens fan. Daniel leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Rhonda Williams; two daughters Erica D. Rogers and Jenea D. Rogers; two sisters, Pearl Whitfield and Latriese Sussman; one Brother, Ralph Rogers; one grandson, Wyatt N. Martin; eleven nieces and nephews; a close friend, Peewee; a close friend of the family Coral Davis; cousins Dorian, Mike and Bishop Dwight Her, as well as a host of other cousins, aunts, uncles and friends .. He now joins in the afterlife his father, Samuel Williams; grandmothers Pearl Rogers and Lovey C. Williams; grandfathers Samuel Carney and Louis Hawkins Daniel Rogers; and his sister Pam Rogers.
