Darthaniel T. Tibbs was born on August 21,1967 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the son of Mildred Tibbs and the late Gary Tibbs. He departed this life on May 2, 2017.

Darthaniel was educated in the Baltimore city public school system. He received his barber license and cut hair for several years. He also had many other trades such as graphic designing, electrician, and forklift driving.

He leaves to mourn: his mother, Mildred Tibbs; two sisters, Mary Hudson, Rachel Cook; Nephew, Karay Hudson; three nieces Karese Battle, Luria Davenport, Kenaera Lee, great nieces and great nephew, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of other family and friends.
