David J. Boyd, son of the late Theodore and Catherine Boyd, was born on July 1, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on January 8, 2008 after a lengthy illness. Three brothers preceded him in death, Theodore, Thomas and Rudolph. He received his education in the Baletimore school system. He worked many years as a security guard at Pimlico Race Track. He was baptized in the Catholic Church, at St. Peter Claver. He leaves to mourn; seven sisters, Mary, Louise, Mable, Fredad, Catherine, Bernardine and Bernice; pm brother, Dan Boyd; two sisters-in-law, Sadie and Rosalind; four brothers-in-law, Clayton, Carl, Theodore and Johnny; nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and friends of which his best friend Morris Bernard.
