David Tyrone McKoy Jr., was born to Kathy Lewis and David T. McKoy Sr., on February 22, 1982 in Baltimore, MD. He departed his life suddenly on July 15, 2011. David received his education in Baltimore City Public Schools, where he had high honors of accomplishment upon completion. David was affectionately known as D-Roc to his friends and Dirty to his little sister. David was a very nice, respectable young man, that had a smile that would make you smile. He loved to laugh. He enjoyed his life and everyone in it. He lived by the code "Death Before Dishonor." David was alway a true friend and was devoted to family. David's love for drawing lead him to pursue a career in Design. He received 4 certificates; one from from Training By Designs received August 13, 2010, three from Humanin on September 9, 2010. David was determined to let it be known that he had plans. He was to attend MACTC-Mid Atlantic Carpenters /Training Center as an Apprentice until his untimely passing. David was adored by his grandmother, Genia Mae, who kept him close to her heart and he spent most of his time growing up pretecting and loving her until her untimely death. Proceeding David in death; his brother, Dennis Royster; three grandmothers, Genia Mae Lewis, Lou Gloria Barnes, and Doretha Mckoy; two grandfathers, Earl Bellamy and Ovid Mckoy, Uncle, Labron; David leaves to mourn; his mother Kathy Lewis; father David McKoy Sr.; three sisters; Tearra, Tracie and Shawda; two brothers Kevin and Jammal; eight aunts; Lena, Pansy, Connie, Kim, Robin, Pacillia, Loraine and Dorretha; a special great-aunt; Bell Chestnut, one nephew, Tyrone 3, nieces; Rage, Kennedy, and Zoe, uncles; Corey, Herman, Kenny, Jeffery, Donta Leon and Kalvin; special cousins; Lil Kenny, and Jeff who were like his little brothers, two special friends; GZ and Oodie and a special extended family, The Barnes Family, and another extended family; Barbara and Michael Makel, along with extended brothers; Christopher and Michael Cornod; a special friend Chiquita and a host of other relatives and friends who he loved.
