Obituary

De'Andre A. Leeper, son of Glenda M. Ball and Guy N. Leeper was born on November 12, 1982 in Basltimore, Maryland. He was baptized at Saint Veronica's Catholic Church before departing this lis life on June 1, 2010. De'Andre received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He received various awards and achievements to include the successfully completion of a computer training program. At a very young age while in Fairfield, "D" as he was known by m any and "Gizmo" to his dad developed a love for reptiles. He was known for spending time near wooded areas trying to catch frogs, turtles or garden snakes. He later moved to West Baltimore where he became known and respected in the community by most. Dee enjoyed playing video games while listening to music. He was also a devoted and loyal son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, godfather, and friend. He was aware of his immediate family needs and unselfishly made himself available to accomodate them. Dee was such a devoted person that he not only ran errands for his mother, he also took care of his nephew Troy, who was more like his brother, day and night when he became paralyed and never once complained. He frequented the stores in the community daily and highly regarded by the store owners. DeAndre had a quiet demeanor and ws known for his laid back personality. He had a smile to remember. He was kind hearted and caring to everyone he came in contct with. If you have ever had the pleasure of being in his presence and seeing that smile, it will forever be with you. De'Andre will truly be missed by his family, true friends and even those that may have only known him in passing. He leaves to mourn; his mother, Glenda; father, guy; three sisters, Falisha, Tiffany and Danielle; brother, Anthony; a goddaughter, Andrenai; godbrother, Lawrence; seven aunts, Delores, Bridgett, Dell, Jackie, Hope, Patsy and Barbara; five uncles, David, Tommy, dickey, Alvin and Reynolds; four nephews, three nieces; as well as a host of other beloved family members and friends.
