Deborah Ann Askew was born on July 11, 1965 in

Baltimore, Maryland to the late Dora Mae Toney and

Eddie Rembert. She attended Baltimore City Public

Schools System and earned her High School Equivalency

in Job Corps where she studied Nursing.

Deborah Ann was involved in the Field of

Addiction Counseling and she became a House Manager, a

job she toke to heart. She also worked at Proctor &

Gamble as a line leader.

Deborah was preceded in death by her Mother

,

(Dora Toney), her natural father (Eddie Rembert), and a

gr.eat-grandson (Morral Leggett). She leaves to mourn two

daughters Erica Scarborough and Alexandria Newman;

three grandchildren, Diamond Jessup, Malik Williams,

and Melvin Coates III; three brothers John Toney,

Alfonso Toney, and Jimmy Davis; one sister in-law

Chamell Toney; and a host of devoted nieces, nephews,

cousins, and friends.
