Deborah was born uin Baltimore City, Maryland and raised in East Baltimore, Maryland where she qttended Paul Laurence Dunbar High School. She had three children, Parris who was spark and canstant reminder that she should take time to laugh, Trevor who was her rock, her center voice who told her things happen for a reason and Yolanda her only girl that was her sister-friend, confidant and shopping companion. She leaves a dear husband, Furman Franks; two sister, Myrtle and Carolyn; two granddaughters, Tyra and Jettina; two great-grandchildren; one niece, three nephews and a whole lot of other family and friends. Deborah was a strong, out-going person that knows how to take care of business no matter what the coat when it came to her family and familys. She would never turn her back on you. She was a forgiving person. She ws a special mother and friends that you will never forget. Deborah was our inspiration for life.
