Deborah M. Rhyne departed this lifeonSunday April 5, 2020 at home in Baltimore,MD. She was affectionately known as Debbietoa host of family and friends.Debbie was born in Baltimore MD. She attended Douglass High School and graduatedin1972. After graduation, she was a hard worker for the City of Baltimore and later for the State Highway ofMaryland from where she retired. She was the caregiver to our mom before her death in August 2017. Family and friends would describe Debbieascaring, loving, kindhearted, a wonderful sisterandgood friend.Wecannot forget the number of times she was there forus andher sacrifices for us. She wanted all of us to succeed in life. She never met a stranger. If you wanted to know anything goingon inour family or in the neighborhood call Aunt Debbie. She always had the 411. Debbie would always help anyonein need.She was like a second mother to our family, kids, and those in the neighborhood. She also helped many kids find summer jobs. She took many of us on our first trips.Weremember hertakingniecesandnephewsonbus trips to Disney World in Orlando Florida. Debbie loved to dance.Werememberthisbeing evidentat her 60th birthday partywithfamily and friends. Greatfood,music and dancing! Debbie willbetruly be missed by those who loved and cared forher. WethankGodfor her beingin ourlives. And wethankGod for the memories that continually flood our hearts! RestinPeace Debbie.

Debbie is survived by 4 sisters , BeverlyA.Hargrove, Theresa N. Rhyne, Diane Strayham, BrendaJ.Rhyne and 1 brother,James Rhyne Jr.. Her godchildren,Takishia "TeeTee" Smith-Harris, Keisha Whiting,Tia Carter, and SterlingEllis, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives,and friends.
