DEBORIA FAYEjONE, , lovingly known as Dee Dee, was
born on September 4th, 1958 in Salisbury, MD. She was
the daughter of Robert and jean fte Pindell and the late

Oliver }Qn~s.

Deboria was educated througjf-the Baltimore Qity and
Salisbury, MD public sCh§Olso/stems. After g~aduation
she attended Mor arr"State Col~ege (now University)
briefly- before joining the workforce.

Deboria married Curtis Matthews in spring 1984 and
they moved to Germany wher.e he was st t:(Qned in the
US Army. She remembered her time on base fondly and
enjoyed working in the PX preparing meals for the
soldiers.

She returned home to Baltimore years later where she
worked at Bayview Medical Center until becoming ill.
Although she was sick, Dee Dee still made her way to
Israel Baptist Church as often as possible. She loved her
church family and sang wi h The Regulators and
Women's Day choirs whenever she could. Even in failing
healtf Dee Dee was upbeat and had an encouraging
word.

Dee Dee had a myriad of hobbies including jewelry
making, watching reality tv, writing, sketching and
chatting with family and friends.

After a lengthy illness Dee Dee passed on to be with the
Lord on February 11th, 2018. She leaves to mourn one
child, Tiffany Hamilton, son-in-law Ronald Clintonjr,
parents Robert and jeanette Pindell, sisters Monica
Pindell and Donna Pindell, niecesjanae Harris and

Amber Botts, nephew Antoine Freeman, many cousins
