Obituary

On the day of March 10, 1935, a daughter, Delores

Carter, affectionately known as "Pie", was born to the late

Emmanuel and Daisy Warren in Baltimore, Maryland. Pi~

was one of the first families that moved into Lafayette

Courts "LA 4 Life" in 1955 and was loved by her devoted

family and friends. After a brief illness, she went to ,ve

with 'Our Lord on August 9,2019.



Pie received her education from Dunbar High School

and Community College of Baltimore (CCB). She was

employed with the East Baltimore Medical Center as a

Secretary for many years where she retired. After retiring

she worked as a Crossing Guard for the Baltimore City

Public Schools. She accepted Christ at an early age and

later in her life became a member of the Kingdom Hall.





Pie loved getting together with family and friends and

was always the "Life of the Party". In her spare time she

enjoyed listening to oldies but goodies, dancing, bowling,

reading books, and going to the Casinos.



Pie was proceeded in death by her Son: David, sisters

and brothers Catherine, Elizabeth, Sylvia, Beatrice,

William, Amos, Douglas and George.



Pie is cherished by her Sons: Dwight (Gladys) and

Derek, Granddaughters: LaKeesha (Samuel), and Caprice,

Grandsons: David and Eric, Great Grandchildren: Samuel

III, Diamond, Nysean, Deasia, Keasia, Dynesty, David,

Skye, Nieces: Lamika, ldrleona, Labreia, Claudette, and

Cheryl, Nephew: Melvin and a-host of other relatives and

friends.
