Delores Millings was born in March 23, 1934 in Baltimore, Maryland. Delores was the daughter of the late Earl and Alberee Millings. She departed this life and found eternal peace on January 22, 2021.

Delores received her education and graduated from the Baltimore City Public School System. Delores worked at Roper Eastern Products Corporation where she worked on the assembly line. She enjoyed working and developed an entrepreneur spirit. As a result, in the 1970's she opened Cladell's, a carryout shop on Pennsylvania Avenue in the city of Baltimore. Delores further pursued her entrepreneurship in her neighborhood, where she was known to have sodas, chips, and other snacks available for purchase.

Delores attended the Christian Community Church of God; the Late Elder Conway Green was the pastor. She further pursued her Christian journey at The Agape House as a result of the encouragement of the Late Rev. Edward G. Robinson. It was at The Agape House where she was affectionately given the title "SARGE". Delores was the "BOSS", and everyone knew she was the "BOSS". All who knew and loved her referred to her as "SARGE". Rev. Robinson supported her and undergirded her spiritual development. She always placed a big smile on his face as she referred to him as "My Daddy".

Delores was preceded in death by her daughter and son Linda Denise Johnson and Ricardo Lamont Lyles, siblings, Earl Millings, Jr., Willie Ross, Peachella Hopkins, Ellmus Millings, Rosina Edmonds, Cloe Hunter, and Frederick Millings.

Delores leaves to cherish her memories and celebrate her life: her son Avon Johnson (Marie), her sister, Barbara Sutton, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family and friends.
