DR. DELPHINIA D. BURNETT was born in Baltimore, Maryland on February 16, 1960 to the late Lucinda and Isaac McNeill Sr. and departed this life on February 20, 2013. Delphinia also known as "Delia" received her formal education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She also went to college, became a minister, received her Doctorate of Divinity and managed her own business, Extended Hands Daycare. Delphinia loved to teach, whether it be with kids or teaching Gods word down at the Bible College. Delphinia Burnett had been in ministry for over twenty-five years. She was the Founder and Pastor of Fountain of Life Church along with her husband, Aposde Samuel Burnett Jr. She traveled and ministered in life changing revivals up and down the East Coast. In 2011, she wrote her first book The Love of A Father and she was working on her second book until she became ill. Her lifetime goal was to be full-time in ministry. Forever cherishing her memory: her loving husband, Apostle Samuel Burnett Jr.; two daughters, Shetina Maxwell and Angela Brown; two sons-in-law, Corey Maxwell and Joseph Brown; three sisters, Darlene McNeill, Cindy McNeill and Kimberly McNeill; two brothers, Isaac McNeill Jr. and Kenneth McNeill; two sisters-in-law, Earnestine McNeill and Kimberly McNeill; six grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
