Denise A. Randolph also known as Neicy was born to the late George & Delores Matthews on August 28, 1952 and was raised in Westport Mt. Winas, Community. She passed into eternal life on April 25, 2012, after some health complications. Preceding her in death were 4 siblings Mary, Monica, Ronald & Michael Mathews. Neicy received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Neicy field numerous jobs, Doughnut Delight, Nursing Home, and Dover's Poultry. A true spirited humanitarian, Niecy would open her home to anyone in need just as she opened her heart to family and friends. Niecy loved life, and the joy of sharing music and dancing. Niecy attended The community Baptist Church of Cherry Hill faithfully until she took ill in 2010. there she served diligently on the Usher Board. Niecy leaves to mourn her precious memory her husband Wilbur Randolph, two children; James Reggie Stukes, Jr., Shelly "Monique" Fields, mother-in-law, Tinney B. Randolph, one brother Gorge Matthews, Jr., two sisters Gerldine Matthews, Delores Lester, three grandchildren, Keehyn-Aki Keaston Fields and Tysheirra Reed-Stukes, three uncles, Walter Tripp, Emanuel Beverly Anderson, Vernon Jackie Anderson, two aunts, Mildred Anderson, Mairon Homer Moore. A devoted cousin Ann Hall and a special friend Jdames Taylor, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
