Denise Mcdaniel, daughter of the late Robert and Pearline McDaniel, was born on May 22, 1957 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on June 3, 2015 after a short illness. She received her education at Baltimore City Public Schools, then received her certificate as a CNAIGNA. Upon completion of her training, she devoted forty years of her life to caring for others in the nursing field. She was married to Robert Brooks and out of that union one child was born, Mieko D. (Brooks) Allen. Denise was always a true friend and a devoted mother, loved by all who entered her circle. She will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew her. She leaves in mourning: one daughter, Mieko D. Allen; son-in-law, Anthony R. Allen, Sr.; two grandsons, Anthony R. Allen, Jr. and Jalin Allen; one granddaughter, Tatyana Al- len; one sister, Doris McDaniel; two nieces, Zakiya Johnson and Rochelle Robinson; one nephew, Rahsaan Johnson; two loyal friends, Sharon Hamilton and Moses Sumler; along with a host of other family and friends that she cherish.
