Denise Cynthia Terry was born on April 22, 1955 in St.
Mary's Hospital, Brooklyn, New York to Diane R. Steward and Robert B.
Steward. Denise departed this life on January 18, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. for a
better one with our Lord.

She received her education in the New York School System, graduating
from Satellite Academy High School.

Denise worked as a Data Entry Associate at Abraham & Straus Department
Store in Brooklyn, NY until she relocated to Baltimore, MD on
January 17, 1986, where she worked at North American Beauty Supply.
There she met Anthony H. Terry, who would become the love of her life.
She worked at Kash-2-U Leasing until 2004.

On September 18, 2002 she and Anthony married and from this union
they continued to nurture Jasmine Kami Dixon. On August 1, 2004, Denise,
Anthony and her mother Diane joined Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church.

Denise loved cats, music (The Whispers), dancing, taking pictures,
shopping with her mother and her husbands (The Grill Master) food. She
liked playing games on Facebook and entertaining her family and friends.

Denise was preceded in death by her father, Robert B. Steward; grandparents,
Lillian and Julius Jackson, Sarah and William Steward; uncles, William
"Billy" Steward, Fred Dewey Steward, Donald Howard and Paul
Terry; aunts, Mary Frances Smith, and Jacqueline Peterson; and father-in-law
Anthony Terry Jr.

Leaving to cherish her memory: her loving husband, Anthony H. Terry;
loving mother, Diane R. Steward; mother and father-in-law, Constance and
Guy Rowley; daughter, Jasmine Kami Dixon; brothers, Antonio Suza and
Steven Tucker; brothers-in-law, Don Terry and Jermaine Rowley; sisters-
in-law, Indra Fisher, Eileen Tucker and Jackie Terry; uncles, Julius Jackson
Jr., Thomas Steward, Dwayne Harvey, Dr. William Howard, Kenneth Terry
and Nathan Terry; aunts, Judith David, Sharon Cole, Faye Ann Steward,
Sharon Harvey, Sandra Harvey, Freda Harvey, Tonya Harvey, Lisa Harvey,
Estelle Cumberbacth, Anne Howard Paul and Dorothea Simpson and a host
