Denise Joyce Tuggle, daughter of the late Mozelle Bagby and Dallas Chapman, was born on August 11, 1953 in Long Island, New York. At the age of three, she relocated to Baltimore where she was raised and attended School. She departed this life on Saturday, April 23, 2011. In 1987, Denise became employed by Union Memorial Hospital where she held several positions and worked until 2010. She worked as a financial couselor in the Curtis Hand Center. In 1979, Denise married her childhood friend and father of her children, Thurman Tuggle. Denise made numerous friends wherever she went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew her. She was always a true friend ad she was always devoted to her family. Denise leaves to carry on her legacy; her daughters, Audrey D. tuggle and Kimberly S. Tuggle; three grandchildren, Kiara S. Smith, Kiana S. Macklin and Jayla C. Barnes. Denise is survived by; her sisters Deborah Anderson and Irene Macklin; her brothers, Avery Bagby, Alvin Macklin, Duane Macklin and Marvin Macklin; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends. Necie was Loving, high spirited, full of life, humorous, nurturing, self-scrificing and will be truly missed.
