Dennis Sylvester Fullard, the son of the late Dozier and Eual McFadden Fullard, was born in Lynchburg, South Carolinia on March 17, 1951. He departed this life on July 13, 2007. He recieved his education at Mt. Pleasant High School in Lynchburg, South Carolina and attended Clemson College in Clemson, South Carolina for two years. Her came to Baltimore in 1973. He worked at various jobs in Baltimore City as a forklift operator, brick mason and construction worker. Before his illness, he did demolition work for Backstone. He met and married Mary A. Dickey in 1975. From this union two children were born, Veronica Ronnie and dennis Ty Ty. Dennis was a family oriented man. Dennis enjoyed having people around him. His laughing ''corny'' jokes, drinking and cooking pig's feet will be truly missed. He leaves to cherish is memory; his wife, Alice; one daughter, Verionica Fullard; and one son Dennis; two stepdaughters, Mary Robertson and Catherine Berry; three stepsons, Walter Dickey preceded him in death, Kavon and Terrence Roberts, fifteen grandchildren; four brothers, Leroy Durant of Jonestown, Pennsylvania, James Annie Ruth, Edward Jerry of Lynchburg, South Carolina and Earl of Norfolk, Virginia; three sisters, Inez Montgomery of Baltimore, Maryland, Bertha Nelson Willard and Annie Ruth Shaw John of Lynburg, South Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives asnd friends including special friends, Floyd and Mary Harris, Ms. Gracie, and a special and bes friend who was more like a brother, Willie Spann.
