Dennis Willis aka Moon, son of Nancy Willis and the late John Wesley Willis, was born on November 15, 1958 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on March 19, 2012 after a lengthy illness. He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System. He was employed for several years as a nursing assistant which he was very proud of. Dennis made numerous friends over the years, he was known for being to smart out the mouth. He loved cooking dinner for his family especially fried chicken and rice a roni, he also loved eating, old school music and watching TV. Dennis would watch the soap operas and if you come in and catch him watching the stories and say something to him about watching the stories he would say, "Girl get out of my face, you don'y know what you're talking about." Dennis was a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be truly missed. Dennis is preceded in death by; his father, John Wesley Willis; brother, James Willis and sister Karen Willis. Dennis leaves to cherish in his memory; his mother, Nancy Willis; two brothers, John Willis and Carl Jones PA; one brother-in-law, James Bagley; three sisters, Sharon Willis, Denise Bagley and Audra Fieldman; one sister-in-law, robin Jones; three aunts, Ruth Bowman, Gloria Willis and Susie Willis; six nieces, Lashonda, Jamie, Meagan, Kim, Sharina and Bria; two nieces-in-law, Stacey and Marchell; seven nephews, Rodney, Omar, Terrance, Carlos, Joshua, Wesley and Lawrence; he also had several great nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends. Dennis also has two people whe he considered as good friends, McAfee and Mike.
