Deontay McKnight, son of Charlene McKnight, and the late Voris McKnight was born on August 10, 1995. He departed his life Thursday December 15, 2016 at the tender age of 21.

Deontay was very focused, driven and ambitious young man. Once he had set a goal he was determined to accomplish it. He loved his

family although he seldom felt misunderstood! His favorite foods were mozzarella sticks, pizza and tacos. He enjoyed playing bas- ketball with his brother. He loved oldie goodies music, going to the mall and hanging out with his small circle of friends. He loved to

freestyle which ' was his way of sharing his heart. He always made sure people were ok no matter the circumstance. He was as true as it gets!

Deontay received his diploma from Forest Park High School in Baltimore, MD . He was gainfully employed at M. Luis Construction Company where he enjoyed the challenges of architectural design as a concrete surfacer within the city of Baltimore.

He is proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents: Robert and Mary McKnight; two uncles: Ralph and Antwan McKnight

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother: Charlene McKnight; his twin brother: Davontae McKnight; two sisters: Tiffany Wallace &1 Victoria McKnight; one niece and nephew: Michael Johnson and Lauren Burden. His maternal Grandparents: Esther Ruffin,Sheppard and Barbara Ruffin. Sr. Two uncles: Sheppard Jr and Gregory Five Aunts: Donna, Jacqueline, Wanda, Sandra and a very special Aunt ... Tia. A host of cousins, including a very, very special cousin, Khalil Cotton. Four very special friends: Chanel, Ryan, Kareem and "Tonnie", and a host of family and friends .
