Desiree Veronica Fair, daughter of Ernestine Fair and the late Wiley Fair, Jr., was born on February 16, 1956 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on August 19, 2012 after battling with a lengthy illness. She received her education in Baltimore City Public School System/ Desiree worked in Industrial Cleaning, but was later disabled due to her illness. Though never married she had a longtime companion who departed this life before her. Desiree was the first grandchild of fifty-three grandchildren and a devoted granddaughter to the late Willie Mae Aikens. Desiree made numerous friends and always was making everyone laugh. She had a heart of gold and loved her family dearly. She leaves to mourn; her mother, Ernestine Fair; two sisters Cassandra Fair and Randy Phipps; one brother, Wiley Fair; one sister-in-law, Sandra Fair; six nieces, five nephews; eleven great-nieces and seven great-nephews; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
