Dessie Rhue departed this life on February 18, 2011, after a sudden illness. Dessie was born on September 14, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland to her mother, Daisy Rhue deceased and her father, James Rhue, Sr. deceased. Dessie receives her education in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a great mother and gradmother. She loved spending time with her grandsons. She was loyal to those she loved. Dessie will be undoubtedly missed by her kids. She leaves to cherish her memory; her stepfather, James Mitchell; two daughters, Cachet and Shaneca; two sons, Aaron and Anthony; two grandsons, Tavon and Tyrode; two sisters, Shirley Ann and Gloria Lee Carter; two brothers, Patrick Brown and James rhue, Jr. stepsister, Sandra Mitchell; stepbrother, James Albert Mitchell; sister-in-law, Patricia Rhue; a special, devoted family members and friends.
