Devante "Man-Man" Smith, son of Aisha Smith and John Watkins

Bey, was born on September 28, 1994 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Devante departed this life on February 7, 2020.

Devante received his education in the Baltimore City Public School

System. He graduated from City College High School in Baltimore.

Devante did not have children of his own, but he helped his mom

tremendously with the care of his sister Tayona.

Devante made friends wherever he went, especially his friends from

Perkins Homes. He will be sincerely missed by everyone.

Bey; he is survived by his grandmother, Florence Ann Spencer; his

siblings, Tayona Parker, John Watkins Jr, John Watkins Jr. (yes,

Devante has two brothers named John), Sharday Watkins, Faith

Watkins, Madden Watkins Bey; one uncle, Francis Bernard Smith;

five aunts, Mary Ann Rice, Rhonda Renee Rice, Tammy Young,

Ronita Watkins, and Sandra Watkins; one nephew, Rusell, and a

niece on the way; immediate cousins Michael Earl Redding, Michael

Moreno, Tavon Moreno, Tiera Moreno, Alexis Moreno, Quwuan

Smith; one special friend, Breyonia Carter. Devante had a host of

cousins and other family members that he leaves behind.
