Diane Redfern Walker was born on Febuary 14, 1959 to the late Catherine and King Redfern in Baltimore, Maryland. She was raised in North Carolina by Joyce Davis and later came back to Baltimore to raise her only child, Tanya Redfern Harris. Diane had a bubbly personality, she loved to help people, loved listening to music, loved to watch movies and loved to talk to her friends and family. She enjoyed her grandkids' company, Tavon, Aisha and Shakira. She worked for GBMC for over twenty years and excelled in her career as a nurse. She really enjoyed her job. You can say Diane was a hard-working woman. She leaves to mourn; her daughter, Tanya Redfern Harris; a stepmother; two sisters, Theresa and Patricia; six brothers, Larry, Darnell, Kenneth, Gary, Anthony, and Alphonzo; her three grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
