Dollye Mae Lockett Stewart was born the 6th child of 8 in Baltiore, Maryland, to Lillie Mae and Edward Lee Lockett, Sr. on October 5, 1949. She made her curageours journey and went home to be with The Lord on Thursday, January 18, 2007, at 1:06 a.m. The desire of her heart was to be reunited with Daddy and Grandma Doll in heaven. Dollye was a blessing to all who knew her with generosity being a quality she showered on all. Dollye accepted Christ as an early teenager and was baptized at Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church. She attended Sunday School, Church Services and served on the Junior Usher Board and the Nursey Ministry. Jesuse lived in her heart throughout her life. Her schooling began at Robert Fulton Elementary School #138. She attended Booker T. Washington Junior High School and Edmondson High School graduating in 1967. She went to work with the Bell Atlantic Telephone Company as a Call Dispatch Coordinator and retired from there after 30 years of service. She successful completed the Nursing Assistance Certification Program. Dollye married the late Eugene Stewart, who departed this life in 1995. From that union, Sonja Stewart and Kyese Stewart were born. Dollye loving known as ''Sugar MaMa'', leaves to cherish her memory: daughter, Sonja Stewart; son Kyese Stewart; mother, Lillie Mae Parker; grandchildren: Tierra Mackel-Stewart, J'Von Mackel-Stewart, Kyeshia Stewart, Kyese Stewart, Jr. and Anasia Stewart; brothers and sisters, Evelyn Lockett Green, Lucille Lockett Ellis, Edward Lee Lockett, Sr.; Theodore Lee Lockett, and Delveeta Ann Scarborough. Her in-laws are Jaronza Ellis, Erma Lockett, Iris Lockett, Denise Lockett and a host of aunts, uncles, neices, nephews, cousins and friends.
