Domonick Devonte Parker, affectionately known as "True Bill;' the son of Deborah P. Parker and Alvin Strauss, was born August 15, 1985 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was called home to eternal rest on August 23, 2016.

Domonick will always be remembered for his unconditional love for his son, Kamren and making music. Domonick's passion for music was intangible and he possessed raw talent that could never be manufactured. He would go into the studio booth with just a beat and lay down several verses-all freestyled-in no time at all. Everywhere he went, he carried music in his heart and a beat in his spirit. While music was Domonick's passion, he was a very hard worker and always put the best in any job he had.

Domonick loved life and always looked to have a good time no matter where he was. He enjoyed the simple things in life, having fun with his son, spending time with family and friends, a good laugh, and good food. Domonick had a gentle loving spirit, with a willingness to help anyone who needed it. He had the type of personality that to know him was to love him. The hearts and lives he's touched are countless.

Domonick was loved by many and will truly be missed. Domonick was preceded in death by his mother, Deborah P. Parker and father, Alvin Strauss. He leaves to celebrate his life, his beloved son, Kamren Parker; twin brother, Donte (Tiera) Parker; his brother, Damon Parker; three sisters, Tiffaney Watts, Shemeca Parker, and Tiarra Willoughby; a loving grandmother, Gloria Moon; dear aunt, Michelle Moon; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
