IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Don
Marshall
February 11, 1963 – January 5, 2021
Don Carlos Marshall was born February 11, 1963 to the late Charles B. and Gwendolyn A. Marshall. Don departed this life suddenly from a heart attack on January 5, 2021.
He received his formal education attending Baltimore parochial schools-St. Ambrose and St. Cecelia Elementary School, All Saints Middle School, and Cardinal Gibbons High School. Don also received his highest education from Baltimore City Community College.
Growing up in west Baltimore, Don loved to play sports, specifically football and basketball playing on school and community teams. He also enjoyed rolling skating at Painter's Mills and Disco Skate. He was a talented drummer, and he also loved to dress and look sharp at all times. Mostly, Don loved connecting with people and hanging out with his friends which he seemed to have made everywhere he went.
Don took various career paths in his lifetime working many years as an Administrative Clerk at the law firm of Gordon-Feinblatt LLC, Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, and was currently employed with Work Force Tech Center at the time of his passing.
Don was one of the kindest people you ever wanted to meet. A true people's person, Don had the amazing gift of befriending just about every person he met, and if you encountered him, to him-you were a friend for life. Don was humble, humorous, and easygoing, particularly enjoying opportunities to spend time with his children and grandchildren. Family and friends were an important part of Don's existence, but what he would want us all to know is that although he was not a saint, he was absolutely a believer in Christ and a child of God. He leaves us all to cherish his memory.
He is survived by his wife; Heather Lee Marshall, Son; Donalto Earl Carlos Marshall, Daughters; Danielle Marshall-Poindexter, Natalie Fox, Monique Marshall, Victoria Bonifay, Sibanye Marshall, Son-like Nephew; Dominguez Jordan, and God-Daughter;Erica Davis. Siblings-Charlita Ramona Marshall-Collins and her husband Ziggy, Lee Tajiri Money (formerly Norvin Lee Marshall) and his wife Susan, Lance Mathew Marshall and his wife Tina. He also leaves behind grandchildren; DeVante, Cheyenne, Donyell, Briana, Gerard, Isaiah, Damarco, Tyler and Serenity, a host of beloved relatives-cousins, uncles, aunts from the Marshall, Powell and Washington families.
